The club holds its very popular Saturday meat raffle, prize draws and a winner takes all competition. The club's darts team who take part in the local league play every other Thursday from 7:30pm and welcome new players, an informal pool night and quiz also takes place bi-weekly.
With our emergence from the pandemic the entertainment team are now organizing live music events twice a month.

11th November 2023
Armistice day
We will remember them.
The Armistice, an agreement to end the fighting of the First World War as a prelude to peace negotiations, began at 11am on 11 November 1918.
To this day we mark Armistice Day around the United Kingdom with a Two Minute Silence at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month.
12th November 2023
Remembrance Sunday
The annual National Service of Remembrance, at The Cenotaph in Whitehall on Remembrance Sunday.
Both Club and Branch take centre stage in organising the Service of Remembrance at St Mary's Church, with the laying of wreaths at the war memorial and a parade through the High Street culminating at a social event at the club.
